RYS Engineering is looking for a qualified and motivated professional to join its team as: HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) ASSISTANT
PROFILE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Bac+3) to Master’s Degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administrative management of personnel
- Recruitment and employee integration
- Monitoring of HR indicators
- Providing support to the HR Manager
- Supporting managers on HR-related matters
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Good knowledge of HR techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Rigorous, discreet, and able to work effectively in a team
