About the Opportunity
Little Stars Daycare Center in Makenene is expanding its community footprint and seeking a motivated, outgoing, and confident Marketing & Admissions Agent.
At Little Stars, we provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for young children to learn, play, and grow. In this role, you will be the primary advocate for our daycare—reaching out to families, promoting our programs, and helping us welcome new children into our daycare family!
Key Responsibilities
- Promote & Advertise: Actively spread the word about Little Stars Daycare Center within Makenene and surrounding communities.
- Parent Engagement: Reach out to parents and guardians, answer basic questions about our care model, and highlight the benefits of our early childhood programs.
- Drive Admissions: Encourage interested parents to tour our facility and guide them through the registration process.
- Enrollment Growth: Actively contribute to increasing enrollment and growing the Little Stars family, one child at a time.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
We are looking for an energetic and persuasive community advocate who possesses:
- Communication Skills: Warm, friendly, and confident when speaking with prospective parents and community members.
- Persuasive Capability: Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build trust and convince parents.
- Local Network: Well-connected within Makenene and surrounding neighborhoods.
- Core Qualities: Highly responsible, energetic, self-motivated, and trustworthy.
- Experience: Prior experience in sales, field marketing, or customer engagement is considered an advantage.
Compensation & Performance Earnings
This position is 100% Commission-Based, offering direct earning potential linked to your performance:
- Earn per Lead: Receive competitive commission for every child you successfully introduce who completes registration at the daycare.
- Flexible Growth: The more families you reach and register, the higher your total earnings.
