Amazone Supermarket is a premier retail destination and service hub located at the busy Malingo Junction in Molyko, Buea. Dedicated to serving the local community with quality household goods, freshly baked products, and top-tier consumer services, Amazone Supermarket is expanding its operational team. We are looking for serious, hardworking, and dedicated full-time professionals to fill various vacancies across our departments.
Available Positions & Role Details
1. Sales Persons (4 Males)
- Responsibilities: Manage customer inquiries, assist shoppers, operate sales counters, organize product shelves, and maintain daily stock displays.
- Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Salary & Compensation: 50,000 XAF monthly.
- Probation: 1-month probation period compensated at 25,000 XAF for the month.
2. Bakers (3 Males — Professional & Unskilled)
- Responsibilities: Prepare and bake bread, pastries, and baked goods according to supermarket quality standards, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and manage baking inventory.
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Salary Range: 40,000 XAF – 60,000 XAF monthly (commensurate with skill and experience).
- Note: Unskilled candidates are eligible to apply and will undergo a practical probation period.
3. Female Receptionist (1 Position)
- Responsibilities: Serve as the front desk ambassador, greet visitors, manage customer inquiries, assist with front-office administrative communication, and coordinate daily client requests.
- Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Rotational shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM and vice versa).
- Starting Salary: 50,000 XAF monthly.
- Probation: 1-month probation period.
4. Laundry Attendant (1 Position)
- Responsibilities: Handle garment processing, washing, drying, folding, and maintaining laundry area cleanliness and operational equipment.
- Salary Range: 30,000 XAF – 40,000 XAF monthly.
5. Cleaners (Multiple Positions)
- Responsibilities: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation throughout the supermarket aisles, service areas, and offices.
- Starting Salary: 50,000 XAF monthly.

- Work Ethic: Candidates must be exceptionally serious, hardworking, neat, responsible, and trustworthy.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time employment.
- Important Notice: STUDENTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED for these positions due to full-time schedule requirements.
