To support our growing retail presence and elevate customer satisfaction, we are looking for a smart, confident, dynamic, and customer-focused female Sales Representative to join our dedicated skincare team in Bonaberi.
Role Overview
As a Sales Representative at Ets. King Shop, you will serve as the face of our retail boutique. You will engage with customers, recommend personalized skincare and fragrance routines, drive retail revenue to hit monthly targets, and maintain a spotless, well-organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Warmly welcome store visitors and attend to customers in a polite, professional, and helpful manner.
- Product Consultation: Assist customers in selecting skincare items and fragrances tailored specifically to their skin type, preferences, and personal needs.
- Sales Generation: Proactively drive daily sales performance to consistently achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
- Store Merchandising & Hygiene: Ensure proper product displays and aesthetic shelf arrangements while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the store.
- Transaction Management: Accurately process sales transactions, operate point-of-sale tools, and issue formal receipts to customers.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Gender & Location: Female applicant who currently resides in or around Bonaberi.
- Education: Minimum qualification of GCE Advanced Level (“A” Level) or equivalent diploma.
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent and proficient in both English and French (bilingual communication skills are essential for client interactions).
- Industry Passion: Genuine enthusiasm for skincare, beauty, aesthetics, fragrance, and exceptional customer care.
- Digital Savvy: Good understanding and mastery of popular social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and others.
- Experience: Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or beauty consultancy is considered a strong advantage.
- Personal Qualities: Must be trustworthy, highly reliable, friendly, organized, and result-oriented.
