We are looking for a Community Manager and Digital Content Creator to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing the perfume house’s online presence, creating engaging content, and implementing innovative communication strategies to strengthen our visibility and brand image.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the digital communication strategy for the perfume house.
- Create and distribute original and creative content across various digital platforms.
- Manage and engage with social media to increase community engagement.
- Maintain constant monitoring of digital trends and the competition.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Working conditions:
- Opening hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
- Saturday: from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
- Position based in Yaoundé or Douala, with regular travel to the field for taking photos, videos and covering events.
- Salary starting from 100,000 FCFA, depending on profile and experience.
Job Profile:
This Community Manager position requires a dynamic, creative candidate with solid experience in social media management and digital content creation, capable of actively contributing to the company’s digital strategy while respecting industry norms and standards.
Profile:
- Required level of experience in the field of digital marketing or communication.
- Minimum education level: Bac +2 in Digital Marketing, Communication, Marketing or similar field.
- Language(s) required: Fluent French, English appreciated.
- Relevant business sectors for the position: Marketing, Communication, Digital.
Qualifications and skills:
- Training in Social Media Management (SMM) and/or Community Management is considered an asset.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent writing skills and a sense of aesthetics.
- Proficiency in digital content creation and video editing tools.
- Good knowledge of artificial intelligence tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or equivalents.
