To support our rapid expansion and elevate our in-store customer experience, we are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Full-Time Sales Representative to join our team in Buea.
Role Overview
As a Sales Representative, you will act as a key brand ambassador at our retail location. You will engage directly with fashion-conscious shoppers, assist them in selecting outfits, actively drive daily store revenues to reach sales targets, and help build a loyal client base for our growing brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Consultation: Warmly welcome store visitors, offer personalized styling advice, and assist customers in selecting clothing and accessories that match their taste and needs.
- Sales Generation & Client Attraction: Proactively attract new shoppers, promote store merchandise, and drive consistent sales performance to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Store Operations & Presentation: Ensure that fashion inventory, displays, and sales counters are clean, attractive, and neatly organized at all times.
- Brand Representation: Embody the brand’s style and values through professional communication, enthusiasm, and strong customer engagement.
- Transaction & Team Support: Assist with inventory checks, process sales transactions, and collaborate with team members for smooth daily operations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education & Certifications: A Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Business Administration, or a related field is considered an added advantage.
- Fashion Sense: Genuine passion for fashion, current apparel trends, and a great personal sense of style.
- Core Competencies: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
- Sales Drive: Demonstrated ability to attract customers, pitch products, and consistently hit individual and team sales targets.
- Personal Attributes: Must be honest, highly responsible, hardworking, trustworthy, and results-oriented.
- Availability & Commitment: Must be available to work on a full-time basis and prepared to commit to a minimum of 1 year of continuous service.
