Candidate Requirements
- Proven professional motorcycle riding experience
- Absolute beginners or newly trained riders will not be considered
- Good knowledge of Douala’s neighborhoods, commercial areas, major roads, and navigation routes
- Must be punctual, honest, disciplined, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
