Role Summary
The Laundry & Cleaning Support Assistant will assist the daily operations of the facility by managing fabric handling, supporting specialized cleaning services, and maintaining standard cleanliness across customer orders and operational areas. The ideal candidate must be physically fit, eager to learn professional garment treatment procedures, and capable of working efficiently during busy operational hours.
Key Responsibilities
As a Laundry & Cleaning Support Assistant, your primary duties will include:
- Garment Handling & Washing: Execute complete garment processing, including sorting fabrics, washing, hanging, drying, and careful handling of customer clothing items.
- Professional Ironing Support: Learn, master, and support commercial-grade pressing and ironing techniques to ensure high-quality garment finishing.
- Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, hygienic, and safe environment throughout the laundry and workspace areas.
- Upholstery & Specialty Cleaning: Assist senior staff with deep-cleaning procedures for sofas, chairs, carpets, and other upholstery items.
