Roles & Required Experience
- Expertise in program planning, implementation, evaluation, and management.
- Leadership, team coordination, and stakeholder facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in monitoring, evaluation, and reporting (MEAL).
- Budget preparation and optimal resource management.
- Experience in program and operational management within non-profit or community organizations.
