Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will serve as the face of the store, ensuring every visitor has a memorable shopping experience. Daily tasks include:
- Welcoming and engaging walk-in customers with enthusiasm and warmth.
- Offering personalized styling advice and helping shoppers discover the ideal fashion and sportswear items.
- Keeping the shop floor, shelves, and product displays neat, organized, and visually appealing.
- Assisting with daily retail operations, stock inventory management, and store organization.
Requirements & Qualifications
The ideal candidates will bring energy, integrity, and a passion for retail. Key requirements include:
- Passion for Fashion: A genuine interest in modern clothing trends, activewear, and sportswear brands.
- Strong Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with diverse customers.
- Core Traits: Honesty, strong work ethic, discipline, responsibility, and a collaborative team attitude.
- Experience: Prior experience in retail sales, customer relations, or shop operations is considered a strong plus.
- Availability: Ready to work full-time (flexible shift options are available).
