Role Overview & Responsibilities
As the Institute Manager, you will play a central role in guiding the daily operations and overall strategy of the institute. The ideal candidate will take ownership of organizational workflows and lead initiatives aimed at preparing young individuals for sustainable careers.
Key objectives and duties associated with this role include:
- Operational Leadership: Overseeing daily administrative and training operations to ensure seamless institutional functionality.
- Student & Youth Empowerment: Aligning institute activities with the core vision of building competent, confident, and economically empowered young people.
- Independent Management: Taking full initiative in decision-making, problem-solving, and managing staff and educational tasks with minimal supervision.
