About the Role

REVOOBIT is looking for a creative, ambitious, digitally skilled, and results-oriented Marketing, Content & Sales Executive to join our team in Douala. In this multifaceted role, you will lead our digital presence, create high-converting content, generate qualified leads, and directly drive sales growth. If you are passionate about marketing, content creation, and sales, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Produce engaging photos, videos, graphics, and original content using both natural and AI-assisted tools.
• Digital Marketing: Plan and execute online and offline marketing strategies and targeted advertising campaigns.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media channels while maintaining a consistent content calendar.
• WhatsApp Group Management: Manage and grow our sales WhatsApp group, maintaining prompt and effective customer communication.
• Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Actively generate leads, follow up on prospects, and convert inquiries into paying customers.
• Sales & Reporting: Meet monthly sales targets, manage inquiries, ensure repeat sales, and provide regular performance reports.

Key Requirements

• Education & Training: At least a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field; OR a professional diploma/certification in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Content Creation, or Social Media Management from a reputable institution.
• Experience & Skills: Practical experience or strong proven skills in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and sales.
• Software Competency: Skilled in graphic and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or similar software). Knowledge of AI tools for content creation is a strong advantage.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, customer follow-up, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Proactive and capable of working independently.
• Languages: Fluent in English and French (proficiency in both is an advantage).
• Location: Available to work on-site in Douala.

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Salary (Probation): 100,000 FCFA / month
• Basic Salary (After Probation): 120,000 FCFA / month
• Sales Commissions: Unlimited commissions based on direct sales performance.
• Total Monthly Earnings: Basic Salary + Unlimited Commissions + Performance Bonuses
